Your iPhone’s Battery Drains So Fast – How to fix it?
If you’ve recently felt the battery life on your iPhone has dropped sharply, check out some of the following fixes to fix the problem.
The simplest thing you can do to fix any problems is to restart the iPhone. You can do this depending on different iPhone models.
– iPhone 6S and earlier: Press and hold the Home and Power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
– iPhone 7: Hold down both the Power button and decrease the volume for about 10 seconds until the logo appears.
– iPhone 8. 8+ or iPhone X: Press and release the volume up button, then press and release the volume down button. Then press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears.
Also, if hard startup still does not work, then you can try DFU recovery mode, which will completely export the data on the iPhone, so remember to back up the system data.
New battery correction
Battery correction is a fairly simple task but requires a bit of patience. Just discharge the battery until the phone is completely off, then charge the battery from 0-100% and leave no interruption. At this point your battery is calibrated.
It is recommended that you do this once every few months to keep the battery percentage as accurate as possible and to give thought to replacing the battery if it does.
Replace the battery
If things do not work out, it’s likely that replacement batteries will suffer from this problem, although this is rare. If Apple (or authorized repair shop) replaces the battery for you, come back and let them know what your problem is and what you have done to try and fix it.
