The road to the 2018 World Cup South Korean team

South Korea and other Asian teams have gone through a very long World Cup qualifier with a total of four road sections. However, they only need to qualify for the third qualifying round to the finals of the World Cup.

South Korea almost certainly won the World Cup finals after seven rounds of good performances, but suddenly they replaced the head coach and then lost to the bottom of the Qatar team, with Iran so forced to score in the last round. Thankfully they succeeded in drawing Uzbekistan.
